Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed by 1pm EST are processed the same day.

Carriers:

All orders ship via USPS.

Delivery timeframe:

Typically 3-5 business days from the date of shipping.

Tracking:

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.


International Shipping:

Currently, we ship only within the USA.


Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


Refund & Exchange Policy

All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds on our products.


If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at help@thegoodlivingnow.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or exchange.
