If you're not ready to join the community, here are the recipes to Get Ya Health On at your own pace.


Pick one each day or mix and match. Most recipes yield 16–20 oz.

Juice Option #1: 1 cucumber, 3 celery sticks, 3 green apples, handful of parsley, 1 inch ginger


Juice Option #2: 3 green apples, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, handful of mint leaves, handful of parsley, 1 inch ginger


Juice Option #3: Handful of spinach, handful of parsley, 1 cucumber, 1/2 lemon, 3 green apples, 1 inch ginger


Juice Option #4: 7 romaine lettuce leaves, handful of parsley, 4 celery sticks, handful of spinach, 3 green apples, 1 peeled lemon, 1 inch ginger


Juice Option #5: 3 pears, 5 celery sticks, 3 broccoli florets, handful of romaine lettuce leaves


Juice Option #6: 3 green apples, 4–6 celery sticks, pinch of cilantro, handful of parsley, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, 1 tsp cayenne pepper


Juice Option #7: 2 pears, 1 green apple, 2 cups spinach leaves, 2 celery sticks


Juice Option #8: 1 pineapple, 1 cucumber, 2 green apples, handful of mint leaves


Juice Option #9: 1 pineapple, 2 cups baby spinach, 2 green apples, 1 inch ginger


Juice Option #10: 1 bunch of celery, 3 apples, 1 lemon, 1 inch ginger


Tip: Use a masticating juicer for longer storage (up to 3 days). Centrifugal juices should be consumed within 24 hours.
