Things to be aware of if you're new to juicing...
Start 5–7 days ahead
Eliminate processed foods, sugar, alcohol, and dairy. Try sample juice recipes. Plan your favorites + make your grocery list. Hydrate, rest, and get excited!
Juicer type affects quantity: If using a centrifugal juicer, buy slightly more to compensate for lower yield.
Optional prep: Wash and prep produce in advance; store in airtight containers for 2–3 days at a time.
Storage: Use a masticating juicer if you plan to store juice for up to 72 hours.

Pick one each day or mix and match. Most recipes yield 16–20 oz.
Juice Option #1: 1 cucumber, 3 celery sticks, 3 green apples, handful of parsley, 1 inch ginger
Juice Option #2: 3 green apples, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, handful of mint leaves, handful of parsley, 1 inch ginger
Juice Option #3: Handful of spinach, handful of parsley, 1 cucumber, 1/2 lemon, 3 green apples, 1 inch ginger
Juice Option #4: 7 romaine lettuce leaves, handful of parsley, 4 celery sticks, handful of spinach, 3 green apples, 1 peeled lemon, 1 inch ginger
Juice Option #5: 3 pears, 5 celery sticks, 3 broccoli florets, handful of romaine lettuce leaves
Juice Option #6: 3 green apples, 4–6 celery sticks, pinch of cilantro, handful of parsley, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Tip: Use a masticating juicer for longer storage (up to 3 days). Centrifugal juices should be consumed within 24 hours.
